• 1. What are HONOR Points?

  HONOR Points are rewards that HONOR users can earn through purchases, sign-ins, and registrations in the My HONOR app or on www.honor.com.

• 2. How can I use HONOR Points?

  HONOR Points can be used for discounts on purchases or to redeem vouchers and gifts.

  Discount on purchase: When you order in the My HONOR app or on www.honor.com, you can use HONOR Points directly to deduct part of the total amount (excluding services, HONOR Care products, and shipping fees). 100 HONOR Points gives you a discount of €1 (100 HONOR Points = €1). The deductible amount may not exceed 10% of the total order value.

• 3. Can I spend my HONOR Points in other countries or regions?

  No, you cannot use your HONOR Points in the My HONOR app or the HONOR online store of other countries or regions.

• 4. How do I earn HONOR Points?

  1) When you order a product (excluding services and HONOR Care products) in the My HONOR app or on www.honor.com, you earn HONOR Points based on the amount you paid, minus shipping fees. (€1 = 1 HONOR Point)

  2) By participating in activities: You earn HONOR Points when you register, leave comments, or take part in relevant programmes. Please refer to the activity terms for further details.

• 5. How can I find out where my HONOR Points came from?

  1) On www.honor.com: Tap "HONOR Points" on the "My Account" page to view the details, including time, channel, and amounts earned and spent.

  2) In the My HONOR app: Tap "Me", then click "Points details" to view the details, including time, channel, and amounts earned and spent.

• 6. How long are HONOR Points valid?

  HONOR Points earned through purchasing products and participating in activities (except through registration and sign-in) expire at the end of the next calendar year if not used. Once expired, they cannot be redeemed. HONOR Points earned through registration and sign-in are valid for 365 days from the date they were collected.
